R4S is a company dedicated to the integral management of leases of season, with special dedication to housing rooms in apartments for university students, who are the whole university career, Erasmus, Seneca, Students of postdegree, masters and Spanish courses.

Due to our experience in the sector since August 2006, we have been aware of all the details that may arise during the force of housing contract. It is for this reason, that our services are orientated to manage of active and constant form all the issues and interests, that usually worry hosted and owners.

All hosted and owners sign the same housing contract, which specifies the furniture and basic rules for their care and behavior. The guests will have the opportunity to live with other people of different nationalities and know multiple cultures.

Each floor is different, but all are furnished, with domestic appliances, bed linen and towels, wi-fi connection in each room, maintenance of the flat their appliances and in some cases indicated, weekly cleaning of the common areas.

All the apartments are located near the university area, mainly Benimaclet and Blasco Ibañez, and they are very well communicated with buses, metro or tram.

Our prices are cheaper than those of any University Residence, finding rooms from 190 euros/month with expenses of power supply, gas, water and internet included. In summer the prices are not incremented and in July and August you can make reservations per week.
